At Golf and Freedom, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping options, processing times, and important details about your order.


1. Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing

📦 Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time Estimates

Once your order is processed, delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

đźšš Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-order volumes. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7-12 business days.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
âś” United States (All 50 States & U.S. Territories)
âś” APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


3. Order Tracking

📩 Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].


4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

🎉 Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs:
âś” Check with neighbors or household members.
âś” Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

đźšš Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or peak holiday seasons.


6. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

đź“Ś Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

7. Damaged Items & Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
âś” Take photos of the damaged package and item(s).
âś” Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
âś” We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


8. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

🎄 During holidays and peak shopping seasons, shipping times may be extended due to high demand. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
