1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).
✔ Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
🚫 Personalized or custom items (e.g., embroidered names, special requests).
🚫 Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
🚫 Gift cards or promotional items.
🚫 Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Submit a Return Request

- Reason for the return
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Send the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Policy
💰 Refund Processing:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
- If a discount was applied, only the amount paid will be refunded.

We will replace defective items at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
